What started as just another day in the office became another sad loss of a Malaysian as we've just witnessed an accident along Jalan Universiti that happened roughly an hour ago (est 2.20PM | 20 MAR 2019).
Maybe it was the sound of a crash or the loud screams that attracted many people running across the road of Jaya One, yes...MYC!'s office, to see what the commotion was about.
Apparently, a Malaysian Indian woman (identity unknown for now) was killed instantly when her bike collided with a car.
We're unsure if the accident was caused by this blue Honda City and who is at fault, but this is the 2nd fatal accident that has happened along Jalan Universiti (...and that's just what we've witnessed).
The body of the deceased woman is seen under that red umbrella, with her motorcycle next to it. Police are on the scene for crowd control.
I was unable to get a closer look as many of us bystanders weren't allowed to cross the road for the time being by the police.
At this moment, we are unsure of the identity of the car driver but whoever he/she is...this would definitely be a scarring moment -- not to mention the possibility of losing their license as well.
So for those of you who are driving or riding motorcycles around Jaya One, please DON'T attempt "Fast & Furious" cause we would really hate for this area to be known as a Road Death Zone.
Speeding in your fast and fancy car is not cool, especially if it'll potentially threaten lives on the road.
Remember the famous hashtag "#YOLO"? Well, understand what it means...
You. Only. Live. Once.
Appreciate your life and the lives of others around you cause once you've taken a life, there's no rewind.
