Your question must be, "what is Creators of Tomorrow University Challenge?"
Well you'll be glad that it's here.
HP Malaysia launches “Creators of Tomorrow University Challenge” in collaboration with everyone's favourite bubble milk tea shop, Tealive, to inspire entrepreneurship amongst youths by making their business dreams a reality -- aligned to their brand message to be part of youths’ “Breakthrough” moment.
Contest participants (university students from ages 17 – 25) will have the opportunity to pitch their ideas to HP Inc’s Malaysia Managing Director, Fayza Mohamed Amin and Bryan Loo, founder of Tealive.
As a student looking to start their entrepreneurship journey, early stage investments remain one of the biggest barriers to entry. The university challenge stems from HP’s reinvention to create technology that makes life better for everyone, everywhere.
“As part of our goal to support the future of Malaysia, the challenge is a great way for our youths to showcase their business ideas and change the local market landscape,”
- Fayza Mohamed Amin, Malaysia Managing Director, HP Inc.
“We are excited to be a part of the Creators of Tomorrow University Challenge with HP Inc. As a brand that celebrates breakthrough moments amongst young Malaysians, we can’t wait to see what the youths can show us.”
- Bryan Loo, CEO of Loob Holding, the parent company of Tealive.
The “Creators of Tomorrow University Challenge” aims to realise the dreams of budding entrepreneurs by providing the help they need to break down the barriers to entry and give aspiring entrepreneurs the help needed to take their business to the next level.
The “Creators of Tomorrow University Challenge” is divided into 2 stages:
The winner or winning group will walk away with RM10,000 in startup capital and a 3-month mentorship with both HP Inc. Malaysia and Tealive!
In conjunction with MYC!'s university roadshows, the HP Pavilion x360 laptop and the latest HP Gaming PCs will be showcased too -- for those of you tech enthusiasts and game changers of tomorrow, who are looking to boost the economic market.
Students at participating universities can sign up for the challenge onsite, participate in activities and stand to win prizes such as movie tickets, shopping vouchers and Tealive vouchers.
