“Clever clever squirrel jump, one day fall to the ground also.”- quoted by ‘Mark Twain’.
But is actually quoted wrongly by Datuk Seri Amar Singh on National TV.
Do you still remember this video that went viral during GE2018
Anyways, the phrase was DIRECTLY translated from a Malay idiom (Setinggit-tinggi tupat melompat, akhirnya jatuh ke tanah juga) which means when a person trying to act smart, he or she will fall from his or her stupidity. And this perfectly summarizes today’s news bite.
Past few days, a woman tried to represent WE all Malaysians on Twitter and called for a nationwide boycott on famous Swedish brand IKEA for selling a LGBT-linked item, which apparently it’s not even available in Malaysia.
Hey woman, who are you to represent us Malaysian wor?
Fortunately, Malaysians are not that dumb followers to follow just for the sake of following. Many Malaysians criticized her for creating havoc when she didn’t do her research properly on the item.
This is what I mean by trying to act smart but actually NOT SMART at all. Come let me clap for you!
A Twitter user named by @MNH commented on her ridiculous act at speaking on behalf of all Malaysians. Based on the Sun Daily sources, some users had posted lewd and same gender kissing videos on her comments to further provoke her insanity.
Please, if you want to be famous, we can help you out. Sad to say, you are now famous for the wrong things. Too bad lady!
