Mobile phone manufacture Vivo is launching a mobile photography competition in partnership with National Geographic known as ‘vivo VISION+ Mobile Photography Awards’. The launch of this competition is part of Vivo’s initiative for smartphone users globally to have a visual ecosystem.
Vivo Malaysia invites all smartphone users to take part in the competition. Malaysians are encouraged to showcase the everyday moments of life in Malaysia. Winners stand a chance to win prizes worth more than USD 40,000! The competition is already open for submissions and all entries will close on 20 November 2020.
Vivo has recently collaborated with Ian Teh, a British- Malaysian photographer who is a 2018 Pulitzer Centre Grantee. If you’re out of ideas or need inspiration for your photo ideas, you could look at what Ian captured from his journey around Malaysia using the vivo X50 Pro.

As the contest allows users to showcase their photography skills, the best entries will have a chance to enter the International Photography Awards. The photos will be submitted to a panel of judges which includes world-class photographers Steve McCurry and Michael Halsband.
