This year marks an important milestone for Nestle Professional, as it celebrates 10 years of nurturing talents and providing opportunities for young chefs to further their culinary careers.
This year's champion, Eng Sheng Pei (Edward) from Taylor's University walked away bagging a RM3,000 cash prize and a 6-month internship under the tutelage of Antoine Rodriguez, Executive Chef at Le Meridien KL.
