On Saturday, Sunway University emerged winners of the Malaysian leg of the prestigious CFA Institute Research Challenge, and will be representing the country in the Asia Pacific regional finals on 26 April. From there, they stand the chance to progress to the Global finals on 27 April.

The CFA Institute Research Challenge is a global competition that tests the equity research and valuation, investment report writing, and presentation skills of university students as they analyze a publicly traded company, and present their recommendations to a high-profile panel of experts.
