What’s this?

Directed and choreographed by the talented Joseph Gonzales, SERU is a collection of major short contemporary dance works presented by the faculty of dance. All these dances have been inspired by true events in Malaysia and viewers will get to have a sneak peek of “Other Echoes”, which will be staged in New York on 28th and 29th of May 2016 at the Peridance Capezio Theatre produced by Fairul Zahid and the Asia Duo Company in New York.

What’s special?

Some of the collection includes “The Last Tea Party”, an outdoor performance depicting a loving couple during a picnic, and also “Tanah Pusaka”, a haunting routine about a possessed land, a terrific combination of dance and horror! SERU will be held at the Black Box, Damansara Performing Arts Centre, Damansara Perdana, PJ on the 9th and 10th of April. Tickets will be priced at RM50.00 and an additional 10% will be given to DPAC cardholders
