Some people get mad for all the wrong reasons...like this bit of ridiculous news that IKEA SG's Singaporean staffs aren't happy that the Malaysian staffs are getting Paid Leave to fly back to Malaysia to vote! ARE YOU KIDDIN' ME?!
9 May is a holiday for sure in Malaysia, but same thing doesn't apply for Malaysians in Singapore... so it's pretty nice of IKEA SG to go the extra mile to helping the 80 Malaysian employees under their care.
For those Singaporean staffs who say giving Paid Leave to Malaysian staffs to go home to vote is an act of discrimination, open the dictionary and learn the actual meaning of the word.
Y'know...a Paid Leave is a very very very small thing when it comes to saving Malaysia "from the tyranny of evil men" (if you've watched Pulp Fiction)... it's 4 years of our lives, so let us practice our rights of having a fair election while you bunch can shut up and continue living under a rock!
