“Eh, can help me buy mask ah?”
At Myeong-dong, you can get products from almost ALL cosmetic brands as well as fashionable Korean style clothing that make your dream to become Oppa or Unnie come true. Thank God for this shopping paradise, I am able to fully enjoy my time in this beautiful country without the worry of settling these not-so-little orders :’)
*Hint* Myeong-dong is also known for being a dating spot. If you’re single, don’t be sad, there’s always food to comfort you. Ddeokbokki, bungeo-ppang, hotteok and the infamous 32cm soft-serve ice cream. You name it, you see it.
If you are looking for a less-crowded place to capture an aesthetic view of Korea, Bukchon Hanok Village will be the go-to place! Here you can hanoks (traditional Korean houses) being used as guesthouse and restaurants. It serve as a hidden gem not only for cultural seeker but also those hunting for insta-worthy pictures.
Fun fact: This is also one of the filming location for Running Man and K-drama The Heirs...
