This is the final call for submissions on the collaborative short film competition between HELP University and University of Hertfordshire's Communicating The Rule— where we search for creative student video producers out there to portray the rules that a country or countries must abide by during this pandemic and its unique or unusual outcomes.
Submission Date: 30th of July 2021
Submission Time: 12.00PM
Ceremony Date: 9th of August 2021
Ceremony Time: 7.00PM - 9.00PM
Total of RM15,000 Prize Money awaits!
Participants will be judged on creativity and technique.
