Job Description Responsibilities:
- Receive incident ticket assigned and update progress and status ticket in Service Management tool
- Analyze and troubleshoot on technical issues related to systems being supported
- Take up service requests on simple system enhancement and reports
- Assist in testing of system changes. Plan and develop test cases and test data. Verify test results.
- Prepare instruction for implementation of changes into Production.
- Compile weekly/monthly statistics on incident tickets and service requests
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by each designated account.
Education And Experience Required High School Degree/4th Year of University completed--typically a technical degree specialization
